Shipping 

MALAYSIA

  • RM 10 for West Malaysia (estimate delivery of 1-3 working days)
  • RM 18 for East Malaysia (estimate delivery of 7 working days)   
  • FREE shipping on orders above RM 150 (West Malaysia) / RM200 (East Malaysia)

SINGAPORE

  • RM 80 for regular shipping (estimate delivery of 5-7 working days)
  • FREE shipping on orders above RM 800

    INTERNATIONAL

    • FREE shipping on orders above RM 1000 in South East Asia, RM 180 for regular shipping
    • FREE shipping on orders above RM 1500 everywhere else, RM 300 for regular shipping
    • Depending on the destination country, on the mode of shipment and customs clearance, your order can take between 1-4 weeks to arrive
    • Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country’s policies

    Orders are shipped out within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Do allow up to 1 working day for your tracking status to be updated.

    We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

    All parcels shipped locally or internationally are shipped by Pos Malaysia or Janio Asia.

    Returns & Exchanges  

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    We care about the satisfactory of our customers. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return your iWell Natural items for an exchange or store credit.

    Do note that the return and exchange policy stated here is only applicable to purchase via our online store. For purchases from our stockists, their terms and conditions may apply.

    Exchange can be made subject to the following conditions:

    • Only full-priced items in original box and packaging, have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
    • The items received are different to the items ordered. iWell Natural will bear the shipping and handling fee for instances when an item as wrongly shipped only.
    • Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning an item to iWell Natural are borne by the customers and original shipping fees will not be refunded. Do note that we are not liable until item(s) reaches our office.
    • There will be no refund given should the piece of your purchased item exceed the price of exchanged item.
    • The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item.
    • A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approved exchange.
    • Gifts are eligible for an exchange if accompanied by a receipt only.
    • All purchases made at iWell Natural Pop-up events and products on SALE are final are non exchangeable or refundable.

    How to Exchange:

    • Email us at returns@iwellnatural.com within 5 working days of receiving the parcel. Please state the invoice number, along with the item received and reason of exchange.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will email you an Exchange Authorization Reference number and provide you with all the details.
    • To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items include the original box and packaging must be sent using a courier service with tracking. iWell Natural will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit. Kindly email us the tracking number.
    • All exchange items must be approved by iWell Natural with an Exchange Authorization Reference number. Any items received without prior approval will not be accepted.

    iWell Natural has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.

    Almost all our products are handwoven, hand-dyed or made out of natural fibres. As such, natural variations such as vertical & horizontal lines and minor snags may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

    We are running in small batch production. Hence, placement of print may differ slightly.

    We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product.
